Hannah Airey, Director
Hannah’s passion is wellbeing and sharing valuable tools with individuals, groups and organisations. She has over 12 years experience in developing and facilitating workshops aimed at increasing mental and physical wellness and promoting positivity. Empowering people to use what they already have within themselves is what she truly believes in. Her style is professional, innovative, dynamic, inspiring and engaging making her workshops memorable and life changing.
Hannah is a certified HBDI Practitioner and weaves Whole Brain Thinking throughout Workplace Wellbeings workshops and programmes.
She has a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, and is qualified in a number of holistic modalities and knows well the holistic model of needing the mind, body and soul to be in balance to enable true well ’being’.
Hannah is also Founder and Chair of Lotus Community Wellbeing Trust, dedicated to delivering wellbeing workshops to the community.
Hannah has completed the Advanced Training in the Wim Hof Method with Wim in Melbourne in 2017. She feels this method is a game changer in today's world. Hannah also trained on several occasions with Dr Madan Kataria, founder of Laughter Yoga, the first being in 2007. Between these two methods Hannah believes we have access to the world's largest pharmaceutical company at any one time, we just need to learn how to access it.
Hannah has worked professionally in a myriad of companies throughout London, Melbourne, Brisbane and New Zealand as a contractor to many private and public corporations. She has a wealth of experience gained whilst working within Human Resources departments as well as developing, implementing and training material for staff.
For almost a decade, Hannah co-owned and managed some of NZ’s top hospitality businesses in Christchurch. Within these businesses Hannah managed teams of staff, co-ordinated corporate events and functions as well as developing and implementing front of house and office systems.
