Workplace Wellbeing develops programmes and events to optimise wellbeing, personal development, workplace culture, job satisfaction, engagement and organisational commitment.

We achieve this by offering:
  • Workshops: We facilitate these workshops within your workplace, which will enhance your employees' life skills and self development. Tailor made to fit your needs.
  • Team Building: We work with you to arrange events for your team, choose from a variety of outdoor events, cooking challenges, circus arts, shadow catching or music events.
  • Events: We hold regular 'Breathe and Chill Out' workshops and Laughter Wellness and Laughter Yoga Leader Trainings
  • Employee work/life survey: to ascertain what is needed for a particular team prior to starting a programme. We use the results to make an action plan and design a programme that is best suited for your team and overall organisation.

Workplace Wellbeing uses the internationally renowned framework of the Five Ways to Wellbeing combined with the Maori philosophy of Hauora.


Director of Workplace Wellbeing, Hannah Airey, is available for workshops, presentations, conferences and team building events.
