People work better, when they feel good. Simple.

Workplace Wellbeing develops programmes, initiatives and events to optimise wellbeing, personal development, workplace culture, job satisfaction, engagement, organisational commitment and to assist with change management.

We achieve this by offering:
  • Whole Brain Thinking: We have certified instructors in The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®) which is the highly validated 120-question assessment at the heart of the Whole Brain® Thinking approach.
  • Workshops: We facilitate these workshops within your workplace, which will enhance your employees' life skills and self development. Tailor made to fit your needs.
  • Team Building: We work with you to arrange events for your team, choose from a variety of outdoor events, cooking challenges, circus arts, shadow catching or music events.
  • Holistic Services: We can arrange for a wide variety of holistic practitioners to come to your workplace to share their restorative offerings to you. From healthy cooking skills to reflexology, there is something for everyone.

Workplace Wellbeing uses the internationally renowned framework of the Five Ways to Wellbeing combined with the Maori philosophy of Hauora.

Director of Workplace Wellbeing, Hannah Airey, is available for workshops, presentations, conferences and team building events.

Hauora is a Māori philosophy of health unique to New Zealand.

It comprises taha tinana, taha hinengaro, taha whanau, and taha wairua.

Taha tinana - Physical wellbeing
The physical body, its growth, development, and ability to move and ways of caring for it.

Taha hinengaro - Mental and emotional well-being
Coherent thinking processes, acknowledging and expressing thoughts and feelings and responding constructively.

Taha whanau - Social wellbeing
Family relationships, friendships, and other interpersonal relationships; feelings of belonging, compassion, and caring; and social support.

Taha wairua - Spiritual wellbeing
The values and beliefs that determine the way people live, the search for meaning and purpose in life, and personal identity and self-awareness (For some individuals and communities, spiritual wellbeing is linked to a particular religion; for others, it is not.)

Each of these four dimensions of hauora influences and supports the others.
