  • Individuals looking to improve their own wellbeing
  • Managers looking to improve wellbeing within their teams
  • HR, Health & Safety and Learning & Development managers looking for proven strategies to implement in their workplaces
 
By attending this ½ day workshop you will:
  • Learn proven strategies that can reduce your stress by up to 75%
  • Understand what you need to do to improve your own wellbeing
  • Gain strategies to implement at home and at work
  • Recognise your own stress triggers and those of others around you using a thinking preference tool
  • Understand the proven Five Ways to Wellbeing and as a group, generate ideas for individuals according to how they think, using these actions. One size doesn’t fit all!
  • Assess your own wellbeing and create your own wellbeing action plan

By implementing the strategies learned in this workshop, you can expect to be:

Understand yourself and better communicate with others
​HBDI Profile and debrief

The HBDI® is a powerful science based assessment that defines and describes the degree to which we think in the four quadrants of the Whole Brain® Model. It helps us to understand our own thinking preferences and adapt our style to communicate effectively, improve decision making and problem solving.

​Who should attend:
  • Those wishing to attend the Whole Brain Wellbeing workshop coming up
  • Managers wishing to understand their teams better
  • HR Managers, L&D Managers wishing to understand HBDI to potentially improve communication and effectiveness of their teams
  • Individuals wishing to improve their communication and interpersonal skills
By attending this HBDI workshop you will:
  • Receive your HBDI profile
  • Better understand your under pressure profile
  • Better understand your own preferences and how this impacts how you think,make decisions, problem solve
  • Improve interpersonal communications 
  • Better understand your workmates, friends, partners, customers, children, teams to improve relationships and communication
  • Have an introduction to Whole Brain thinking and how this can improve your approach
  • Reduce your stress levels as you better understand others
  • Understand how you impact others
All attendees will need to be profiled prior to attending this debrief session. We will arrange this as follows:
  1. Once you have booked and paid, we will send you instructions and a link that takes you onto the Herrman site where you will complete the 120 question assessment
  2. You complete the assessment
  3. We will be notified that it is complete and we will bring with us to the HBDI session
Important: If you have a profile already and just wish to attend the debrief, please contact Jo Fife directly on 021 49 6465 and bring the profile with you.

  • Recognise your own stress triggers and those of others around you using HBDI
