Research from mental health organisations globally, tell us that a whopping 25% of people in the workplace at any given time have anxiety, depression or stress or even a combination of all of these. We want to support you in lowering these odds at QBE.
What is The Wellbeing Challenge?
Wellbeing is not just the absence of disease or illness. It is a complex combination of these 4 factors: physical, mental/emotional, social health (relationships and family), and spiritual.
